The campaign to stop fracking in the NT is ramping up this week after the announcement that the NT Government has approved the Jemena Northern Gas Pipeline. Jemena has been talking up their plans to use fracked gas to expand their pipeline and their profits.
Now is the time to get a guarantee from Chief Minister Michael Gunner that this pipeline will not carry fracked gas.
Please call the Chief Minister’s Office today and leave a message requesting he guarantee the Northern Gas Pipeline will not be permitted to carry any fracked gas.
