Climathon 2018 is coming to Darwin!
October 26 to October 27
City of Darwin will host the city’s first ever Climathon. Originally conceptualised as a 24-hour hackathon by Climate-KIC, Climathon has since taken off as a global movement, engaging citizens on climate action—and providing cities with continued support on the unique challenges they face.
City of Darwin will identify a local Climate Challenge and call on our local community to come up with innovative solutions. Join us to create a shared vision for a healthier city, which is manifested in a 24-hour hackathon to find innovative city solutions.
With an issue as pressing as climate change, we cannot afford inaction. Climathon will give the Darwin community the opportunity to take their future into their own hands and implement grassroots solutions empowering their own citizens along the way.
The 24 Climate Hackathon will kick off on Friday 26 October and finish on Saturday 27 October. To register your interest and find out more please email firstname.lastname@example.org
